Camphor Laurel is a beautiful, rich-honey coloured timber with a clean, fresh camphor smell that is perfect for medium sized cutting boards, huge carving boards and everyday bread boards.
Our boards are produced from 100% Australian Camphor Laurel -- an introduced species which is being culled from the native forests of Northern New South Wales

Your new board is made from a single piece of straight-cut Camphor Laurel with it's own unique grain and colour. It has two beautifully accentuated red gum handles which are glued and then screwed to the board for extra strength and durability.
Camphor Laurel's long grain and softer density means our boards are as easy on your knives as they are a pleasure to look at and a delight to use.
Care:
Always rinse your boards in warm water with detergent. Dry them with a dish towel. Store in a dry place and oil occasionally.
